Are your trees suitable for commercial spaces?
Yes. Our collections are frequently selected for hotels, offices, restaurants, showrooms, and other commercial interiors where long-lasting botanical design is required.
Are your products made to order?
Many of our botanical pieces are individually assembled based on your selected tree, planter, and available configuration options. As each composition is prepared specifically for your order, configured products are not eligible for the statutory 14-day withdrawal right under applicable EU and Hungarian consumer protection law. Where do you ship?
We currently deliver throughout Austria, Germany, and Hungary. Delivery to other European destinations may be available upon request. Estimated delivery times vary depending on the destination and product configuration.
What if my order arrives damaged?
Please inspect your delivery upon arrival. If your product is damaged or does not match the confirmed order specification, contact us as soon as possible with photographs and your order number. Our team will assess the issue and provide an appropriate solution in accordance with applicable consumer protection laws.
Will my tree look exactly like the photos?
Every InfinyTree piece is individually assembled by hand. Natural variations in trunk shape, foliage placement, and overall appearance are part of the character of each composition, making every piece unique.
How do I care for my artificial tree?
Our botanical pieces are designed to be maintenance-free. They require no watering or pruning. To preserve their appearance, we recommend keeping them away from direct heat sources and prolonged direct sunlight.
